TRAVERSE CITY AREA PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Miller-Davis Company served as construction manager for the demolition and reconstruction of Eastern Elementary School in Traverse City, Michigan.

The new $15 million, 59,000 square foot elementary school brings new resources and innovative ways of learning to the district and community. The new facility is two stories high and holds approximately 550 students, expanding the capacity of the former building.

The new school opened to students for the start of the school year in the fall of 2018. The architects for the project are Cornwell Architects and Diekema Hamann Architecture.
