TRAVERSE CITY AREA PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Miller Davis  served as construction manager for the demolition and reconstruction of Eastern Elementary School in Traverse City, Michigan.

The new $15 million, 59,000-square-foot elementary school brings the district and community new resources and innovative learning methods. The two-story facility holds approximately 550 students, expanding the capacity of the former building.

The new school opened to students at the start of the school year in the fall of 2018. The architects for the project are Cornwell Architects and Diekema Hamann Architecture.
