RAYMOND JAMES

Raymond James is a financial services company that works with individuals, corporations and municipalities. Miller-Davis served as the construction manager for their new building, located in Portage, Michigan’s Woodbridge Hills development.

The new $1.09 million wood-framed, 5,500 square foot office building houses 12 offices, conference rooms, a lobby and common spaces. The exterior is highlighted with masonry details, exterior lighting and landscaping. The lobby’s vaulted ceiling creates an open and welcoming environment as you enter the building.

Miller-Davis Company also self-performed the finished carpentry for this project.
