RADIANT LIFE CHURCH

Miller Davis served as construction manager for an addition and renovation project at Radiant Life Church in Sturgis, Michigan.

Radiant Life Church contacted Miller Davis in the planning/conceptual phase of the project, which allowed us to join the project early. We developed a master budget for the entire facility and then broke the project down into several phases. This phased approach allowed construction to begin and finish on the first phase while Radiant Life Church continued to fundraise for the additional phases.

The completed $3.3 million first phase focused on enhancing the main entrance and lobby with an addition and renovation, adding a multipurpose room and a new education area, renovating the sanctuary and corridors, as well as upgrading mechanical and electrical systems.
