Miller-Davis served as construction manager for renovations to Landscape Forms’ facility in the Midlink Business Park in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Landscape Forms is an industry leader in integrated solutions of high-design site furniture and advanced LED lighting.

The renovations to the 166,000 square foot facility focused on adapting the space to increase efficiency and meet the growing demand for Landscape Forms’ new powder coating system.

The project included creating three enclosed pavilions, as well as offices, conference rooms, a large employee break room, collaborative work spaces, locker rooms and a kitchenette. In addition to the office spaces, the project also included a new lighting lab and paint test room.
