LAKE MICHIGAN COLLEGE

Miller-Davis Company is serving as construction manager for renovations to Lake Michigan College’s Napier Academic Building.

This extensive project at LMC’s main campus academic building focuses on renovating 50 classrooms and two lecture halls, as well as adding a new service center, career center and additional learning spaces. As part of the project, the building’s 45+ year old heating and cooling infrastructure will also be updated, resulting in substantial annual energy savings for the college.

The renovations and updates at the Napier Academic Building will modernize learning spaces in the building and support teaching, learning and student success in the 21st century.
