Miller Davis served as construction manager for this project, which focused on extensive renovations to adapt an existing building for use as Centrica’s, formerly Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, new corporate offices. Centrica is a Kalamazoo-based nonprofit organization that purchased an existing two-level furniture store and transformed it into its new corporate headquarters. The $3.8-million project includes offices, conference rooms, breakout spaces, medical rooms, and other areas for services.
