Miller-Davis Company served as construction manager for this project that focused on extensive renovations to adapt an existing building for use as Centrica’s, formerly Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, new corporate offices. Centrica is a Kalamazoo-based nonprofit organization that purchased an existing two-level former furniture store that was transformed into their new corporate headquarters. The $3.8-million project includes offices, conference rooms, breakout spaces, medical rooms, and other areas for services.
