Miller-Davis Company is pleased to announce several staff promotions.

Jordan Gerould to has been promoted to director of small projects and facilities maintenance; Ed Ashwell to senior project manager; Josh Brookshire to senior project superintendent; Jordan Corstange and Andrew Harma each to project engineer positions; Michelle DeVries to senior project accountant; Gunther Garret to assistant project superintendent; Josh Henry to project manager; and Ryan Lucas to senior project superintendent.

“All of our recently promoted employees have played a key role in Miller-Davis’ success,” said Dan Coffman, Miller-Davis Company president and chief financial officer. “We’re grateful that they’ve chosen to lend their time and talents to Miller-Davis, and we’re excited to see how their professional growth is reflected in the future growth of the company.”

Jordan Gerould joined Miller-Davis Company in 2014. He has 19 years of experience in the construction industry, is a licensed builder, and oversees the day-to-day operations of Miller-Davis Company’s Small Projects and Facilities Maintenance arm. Jordan held the role of small projects and facilities maintenance manager prior to his promotion to director of small projects and facilities maintenance.

Ed Ashwell joined Miller-Davis Company in 2020. He has 15 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in property management from Virginia Polytechnic and State University. Ed held the role of project superintendent prior to his promotion to senior project manager.

Josh Brookshire joined Miller-Davis in 2020 and currently works on Miller-Davis’ Traverse City projects. He has 15 years of experience in the construction industry, holds an associate degree in architecture from Baker College, and completed a 4-year apprenticeship with the Construction Industry Training Council. Josh held the role of project superintendent prior to his promotion to senior project superintendent.

Jordan Corstange joined Miller-Davis in early 2022. He has four years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Hope College. Jordan was an intern prior to his promotion to project engineer.

Andrew Harma worked for Miller-Davis as an intern in 2020 and 2021 before being promoted to project engineer. He recently graduated with his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Ferris State University.

Michelle DeVries joined Miller-Davis in 2016. She has six years of experience in the construction industry, 11 years of experience in accounting, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Calvin University. Michelle held the role of project accountant prior to her promotion to senior project accountant.

Gunther Garret joined Miller-Davis Company in 2020. He has four years of experience in the construction industry and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Northern Michigan University. Gunther held the role of project engineer prior to his promotion to assistant project superintendent.

Josh Henry joined Miller-Davis Company in 2019. He has five years of experience in the construction industry and holds a master’s degree in English language literature from Central Michigan University. Josh held the role of assistant project manager prior to his promotion to project manager.

Ryan Lucas joined Miller-Davis Company in 2019. He has 11 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Northern Michigan University. Ryan held the role of project superintendent prior to his promotion to senior project superintendent.
