Brief Description
Join the Miller Davis team and play a vital role in shaping the future of construction, supporting project management, estimating, and field supervision from pre-construction through post-completion
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with assigned project teams
- Communicate with the Owner, Architect/Engineer, Contractors and Suppliers
- Maintain project progress schedule
- Assist with monitoring and controlling project job costs
- Assist with coordinating the work of Contractors and expedite material deliveries
- Support the preparation of trade contracts, subcontracts and purchase order agreements
- Check and process shop drawings and product data submittals
- Implement the quality assurance program and sustainable construction procedures as directed
- Implement and enforce Miller Davis Company’s Safety Program and safety regulations
Education requirements, certifications, work experience
- College Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related experience
- Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint)
- Interest and potential to advance to Project Manager or Project Superintendent Position
