Greenleaf Trust consolidated their offices into 25,000 square feet of newly constructed space in the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites in downtown Kalamazoo. Architect Dow Howell Gilmore Associates conceived the high-end office space as a warm yet inviting professional environment organized around a central gallery with wood surfaces of cherry and maple and a clerestory of glass along the exterior walls. Exterior elements of the building are carried into the space in the form of granite columns and ornate metal grilles. Conference areas are equipped with sophisticated presentation technology, as well as teleconferencing and videoconferencing capabilities.
Completed in July of 2004 at a cost of approximately $2.9 million, Miller-Davis Company served as Construction Manager / Constructor and self-performed concrete and structural steel erection work.
