Podcasts are audio programs usually encoded as MP3 files. You can listen to podcasts on your computer using Podcasting software (see below) or transfer them to your MP3 Player to play back at your convenience.

Why does it take so long to download a podcast?

When your computer is set to stream audio, playback may occur almost instantaneously. We recommend that your audio software preferences are set to 'automatic streaming' and 'enable instant-on' so your computer plays streamed media without delay. Otherwise, you may have to wait for the entire program to download. At 15 megs or more per program, extended shows may take a considerable amount of time to download. Please be patient if this is your first time downloading our podcasts as they are high quality and may take more than 30 seconds to begin playing.

Where Can I Get Software?

To listen to a podcast or audio program on your computer, you may need to download Podcasting software. There are many free or commercial Podcasting applications available for download. Here are a select few:
