General Contracting

Miller-Davis Company regularly provides construction services through the traditional General Contracting arrangement. In this system, the Owner typically engages an Architect to complete the design and, then, Miller-Davis to construct the building. Although General Contracting frequently follows the three successive steps of designing, then bidding and finally constructing the project, we offer numerous variations on that basic approach to meet your specific needs.

Construction Management

Miller-Davis Company has extensive experience serving as Construction Manager for all types of buildings. We offer both At-risk and Agency Construction Management formats and represent the Owner's interests in all construction-related matters from inception of the project through occupancy. Regardless of whether the Owner or Miller-Davis holds the subcontracts, the Owner still benefits from our pre-construction services to help achieve the project's quality, cost and time objectives.

Design - Build

For 100 years, Miller-Davis Company has provided single source responsibility for both the design and construction of buildings. In the Design-Build arrangement, the Owner contracts with Miller-Davis to provide all the architectural, engineering and construction services necessary to complete the project. This streamlined process simplifies the Owner's involvement throughout the project. We provide services during the Pre-Construction, Construction and Post-Construction phases.
