Miller-Davis takes a progressive, holistic approach to help achieve your project's goals for sustainability. Our Facilities Optimization Program includes building audits, facilities management support and building systems commissioning among other services to help optimize the performance and extend the useful life of your building. We have extensive experience obtaining LEED certification for buildings and can help guide you through that process. We also offer our own Sustainable Construction Program as a flexible, economical alternative to incorporate environmentally responsible features into your project and to document that achievement.
