Miller-Davis stresses the importance of education. Therefore we strive to make our education projects some of our best. We offer Pre-Bond services including early, accurate budgeting, value management, constructability analyses, integrated scheduling, bond application services and bond campaign services.

Miller-Davis partners with the citizens committee, architect/engineer as well as the school district to promote success. Nineteen of the past twenty-one bond issues we have participated in successfully passed on the first attempt; the other two passed in the second. Similarly, we have never failed to have a school ready for the scheduled arrival of students.
