Miller-Davis Company has been selected to provide construction management services for a new $1.7 million facility for the People's Food Co-Op in Kalamazoo.

The project will be a newly constructed building located on Harrison St., in the River's Edge mixed-use development. The new facility will quadruple the current retail space and more than double the overall space. The proposed new grocery store would also include a commercial kitchen. The project designer is Eckert Wordell and construction is expected to begin spring 2010.
